Didn't Jordan and Egypt annex part of what Pali's call Palestinian territories? The land most fought over, the West Bank and Gaza Strip, were originally part of Jordan and Egypt, respectively.
The original UN mandate of 1947 called for a separate Palestine in the West Bank. Jordan grabbed it during the Israeli War of Independence in 1948.
