Body armor doesn't help too much against 155mm HE or 500 lbs bombs. Simply keeps the Woggie peices together to make burial easier for the IDF GRU units.
They have no artillery - the IDF can sit back and pound them at will.
They still have air power, which comes in mighty handy against fortified positions.
