Not much more reputable, but MSNBC says: "The victims included observers from Austria, a Canada, China and Finland, U.N. and Lebanese military officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release the information to the media."

Why won't you come out and say what you are trying to imply? Because you know you are just making it up and don't have a wisp of evidence to back it up?
