Thirty Days Living With Illegal Aliens (Letter from Minuteman Frank Jorge)
The Terry Anderson Show ^ | July 18, 2006 | Frank Jorge

Letter From Frank Jorge

Esteemed patriotic Americans,

As some of you may know I accepted and have finished working with the Fox Networks Thirty days producers on an episode in which I lived with illegal aliens for thirty days.

Before I signed my contract i read it thoroughly and noticed that it actually says that they can defame me and say, or release embarrassing information about me. I took this to mean that they neither have to be truthful or ethical in the treatment of the person under contract….me.

Show aired last night. If you can stomach watching, I'm sure there will be re-runs.

In these last few minutes the editing crew had a field day putting together a sequence that to someone who is as sensitive as myself and my wife over this issue of illegal immigration appeared to twist things to make it appear as if I had changed my mind and am in fact in favor of the illegal immigration family of seven staying here and allowing more in.

Spurlock is a Michael Moore wannabe.

I knew it was a smear job. I just didn't realize they had hacked up the editing this much.

Michael Moore would be proud. So would Lani Riefenstahl for that matter!

Fascinating. I hope he keeps broadcasting the truth about the "documentary" and its pro-illegal-immigration producers.

Disgusting. I wouldn't have done it out of my own silent protest. I hope they show a lot of the town so viewers will get to know the real deal (or something damn close to it).

Well since he spent so much time with these people, not just the 7 illegals but the illegals on the crew itself, did he turn them into ICE? I would have.

"Spurlock is a Michael Moore wannabe."

I find Spurlock less appealing than Moore. He's a slicker liar and not as infamous as Moore.

That would have been as useful as tits on a hog!

I don't care. Until these people are inundated every day, all day by American citizens who demand that this is taken care of it will be "business as usual".

This guys article will get no good reviews here, he calls GW a traitor, that should be impeached. I watched the show and it was pretty much what I expected it to be. All clean cut family types, no gang bangers.

I doubt that will even make a difference. Until these people are out of power and replaced with politicians beholden to the people not thier businsses we'll get no satisfaction.
Our Politicians have utterly and completely abandoned us for the most part. At this point having no congress at all for the next 6 years would be a major improvement. We saw very little effective legislation come out of the congress this year and they are done as of tomorrow.
It doesn't matter if Republicrats or Democans gain control of congress in Nov. unless you care about a flag burning or gay marraige ammendment which will affect about .005% of the American population directly.
Tax/Social Security/Immigration reform were all bungled and ignored.
They spent plenty of money on pork to take home though.

To quote Megadeth from Peace Sells but Who's Buying" "If there's a better way I'll be the first in line." There isn't yet though.

When they do a "30 Days" episode where they put a gay couple together with a family of radical muslims, I'll watch. They may have to change the name of the show to "30 Minutes" though.

Do you think it matters if he was paid or not?

This guy knew they were going to make him out as a Nazi, and he did the show anyway. How smart is that? I've seen a couple of episodes of this "30 Days" show, and it's a joke. In one, the host and his girlfriend tried to live on minimum wage. They spent a lot of money they didn't have to, and then whined about how they couldn't make it. In the other, some ditzy soccer mom becomes a drunk to show her daughter how bad drinking is. Trouble was, Mom loved hanging with the daughter and her college-boy pals, and got drunk even when her daughter wasn't around.

The whole premise of this show is stupid and pointless, which makes it typical TV.

I found this show to be a sophmoric dewy sappy pitch about immigrants....NOT about illegal immigrants which is why the Minuteman was put there in the first place.
A lot of racsist comments from the illegals got 'no play'. while the Minuteman was under constant examination.
Just more guilt tripping by the media and a professional one at that. Smoke and mirrors...Off Topic of course because the real illegal problems (Gangs, felonies, drugs, violence in schools & hospitals) are not like watching this 'Lassie Come Home' sham.
The Minuteman provided the only anchor to the subject matter and his words were expertly editted to make him seem like he was substantially changed away from his core views. That was not the truth, he hasn't changed his views.
