There is no such thing as "Typical neo-con behavior.", BTW. And I am NOT a neo-con at all; however, in the lowest ( and yes, mistaken some here throw that term around ), Ronald Reagan WAS a neo-con. Stick THAT in your pipe and smoke it; pet. ;^)
