They said that the loss of life would have been unimaginable. That says to me that there was more to this plot. Maybe blowing up the planes over Shea Stadium or maybe something unrelated to transportation.
It is clear that there are a lot of loose ends. If they had wrapped everything up tightly the threat would be over. It doesn't seem the threat is over.
How was security this morning? Did you go into the city?
I'm in the city. Come to think of it, I don't think I saw one cop this morning. I didn't feel comfortable going underground to the subway today so after I got off NJ Transit at Penn Station, I walked 23 blocks uptown. The coffee vendor in front of my building was wearing a USA cap with an eagle on it this morning. LOL
