This is the kind of *%#$&^^! that has caused the excessive causalities in IDF. A key aspect of war is surprise, which at least tactically IDF had on Wednesday. Now as a result of their (stopped) assaults, the Hezbollah have an idea on what the IDF has in mind to accomplish its mission to reach the Litani River, and can realign forces to meet it. The IDF, on the other hand, have their hands tied by a spineless political hack who has NO MILITARY EXPERIENCE, yet is calling the shots (illustrated by the attempted 'air only' campaign). Meanwhile, 1 million Israelis have to spend another day in bunkers, when this should have been wrapped up two weeks ago. (/rant off)

Nice rant.
One with which I agree.
This seems to get overlooked in the reporting.
BIG DITTO.
