"Actually, the victims have the right to express their views without being attacked by keyboard commandos like you or evil old hags like Coulter."
So no victim can ever be attacked, no matter what their views are? In Ann's book, she writes at the end of the "Jersey Girls" chapter a possible scenario:
"Today, a Democrat called for the institution of Communism in America, confiscation of all private property, forcible agricultural collectivization, imprisonment of intellectuals, and seizure of all handguns - moments before her entire family was wiped out in a tornado. Responses?"
Imagine this scenario and apply your logic. We wouldn't be allowed to criticize this person solely because she is a victim.
I will say that Ann Coulter, I think, was a little too harsh in her words - but her main point was absolutely spot on.
It seems to me you don't have a clue what I think, less than perfect stranger.
Well, mean spirited but true is VASTLY better than the left's alternative of fake but "true". It's...well...TRUE.
When they want to sound extra-intellectual the term is "mean-spirited." That was the "word of the month" in the Austin-American Statesman a few years ago.
9/11 Widow: Jersey Girls Are ÂThe Rock Stars Of GriefÂ
Ms Burlingame says: "I first felt the need to speak out when ÂThe Families of September 11′ group protested against the use of images of Ground Zero in Bush campaign advertisements. The idea that relatives of victims Âown September 11 and its images, and can give or withhold permission to use them, is frankly ridiculous.
"People held back from criticising the relatives because of who they were. But whatÂs happening is that this prominent group of activists have become the rock stars of grief in this country. I think people are getting sick of them because they are being so demanding. I can say it because IÂm a relative too."http://www.sweetness-light.com/archive/911-widow-jersey-girls-are-the-rock-stars-of-grief
Sounds like you suffer from Coulter by Proxy Syndrome.
BTW, you can't criticize anything I say...I'm an orphan.
I'm sorry; Noone has a right to speak without being attacked(as you are defining 'attacked').
Screw your victim class BS. The (4)Jersy Girls have their opinion and the media loves it. How often do you hear from the other 99.995% of WTC families?
LOL
My Dad died from brain cancer when I was young. By that standard I can't be criticized either
Quite often. The families of John O'Neill and Sean Tallon for instance. Doubt you'd have heard of them as they aren't mentioned in Coulter's book...
Go away, Mojo. I'm not in the mood for your cut and paste crap.
"cut and paste crap"
Also known as substantiation.
If you were a journalist, you'd appreciate such things. LOL
What happened to 'LOLF'...? Actually, don't tell me. I don't care.
I sure made an impression on you.
Funny, I can barely remember anyting about you, except you aspire to be a drunk and that all of your myriad other IDs often had "drunken" in there somewhere.
And, oh yeah, you are best buds with a pretend Admiral and his pretend pig/brother/sister.
Ah, the high life!
LOLF
Mojo, I only have one ID here. No offence, but I'd rather you didn't post to me again. It's too time-consuming. Try Scroots. He has more patience. "LOLF"
Gee, that's original. Why don't you either start your own thread about how you don't like Ann, or just STFU?
Don't you like girls, Lando??
I'm going to use that tactic whenever anyone says Ann was mean for criticizing the Jersey harpies. I think since your dad died when you were young, you have every right to claim immunity from criticism.
Get lost.
I beg your pardon??? Compare the number of posts you have made to me to the number I've made to you. And then perhaps think twice about who is getting lost. My apologies for answering your question though. Probably gave you the wrong answer.
