DeStefano is leading by 1.3% and should pull it out in the end. Only two towns are out - Enfield, near the Massachusetts border in the Hartford area, and rural Haddam. There are only about 5,300 votes outstanding, and DeSteffano leads by 3,500.

If Enfield goes the way nearby Windsor Locks and Windsor did, DeStefano should pick up more votes. I don't know about Haddam, but it is small.
