I doubt reconstruction is in the cards at all. I was speaking of destiny after she passes and is resurrected with a healed body as most Christians believe will happen eventually. That body will one day be perfect but not in this life.
I understood. We know the history of survival but we don't know God's plan for this child, yet. Physical apppearance or defects in a baby , while alarming to a parent , can be dealt with later. Right now, this little one need to be comforted, held, and loved, even if she is only to be with us for a short time. I pray this special baby has a special mother and father.
