Notice he doesn't apologize for, nor even mention, the orders to confiscate all privately owned firearms. This despite the fact that a court ruled that those orders were illegal, and that the firearms must be returned to their rightful owners. Doesn't mention dragging their feet on those returns either.

Or that the majority of them will NEVER be returned!
The owners cannot find their purchase receipt, or proof of inheritance, proof of the gift, etc. in order to "prove" they owned the confiscated guns.
If a cop takes your property and does not give you a receipt, consider it stolen, and do not expect to get it back.
