To the best of my knowledge, Armitage has not yet "fessed up" to the public, only to other officials and those who investigated the case. The man needs to at least issue a press release or have a sit-down with a journalist.

Yeah, he did fess up, to the New York Times of course. It's a whitewash in tomorrow's paper. It was linked on Tom Maguire's blog a few hours ago.

Either he outted Plame or he didn't. He knows which it is.
It seems to me, he is still playing games and weighing his options as to what he will do and say next.
