Geez, we can't have even ONE thread on this site without someone trying to use the "MSM" Devil's Advocate crap.

When Americans act like monsters, like the Gaede family, we should condemn them.

When Republicans cheat and steal, like Duke and Bob Ney, we should condemn them.

Repeatedly, over and over, blaming the MSM or saying "the Democrats do it too" adds, IMO, nothing. We condemn Islamists, corrupt Dems, on separate threads.

You misunderstand. I do not give these clowns a pass. What I lament is the double-standard by which they are judged.

When you get down to it, their offensive language is no different than the soliloquy of today's "gangsta rapper." The only thing that gets the media's hackles up is that the person speaking such filth is white.

Therein lies the true scourge of racism: rendering speech offensive simply because of the color of the speaker's skin.
