Look around, this is a negative culture. Kids are not rewarded for doing something good, they are punished for doing something bad. Same in politics, politicians don't win because they have good ideas their opponents lose because they did something wrong. It is a sad fact that the majority of people in this country see the glass half empty, especially dems.
