There are perhaps dozens of Iraqis being killed daily by the terror gangs. Contrary to your Michael Mooer style LIE Saddam's gangs killed, imprisoned, or drove out of the country MANY more and this only considers the INTERNAL murders committed by his gang of thugs. But whereas today's deaths are the price of attempts to create a positive future those he committed were the cost of PREVENTING the future.
Moslems are assisting us in Afganistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Eygpt and have been attacked by the same killers. How this has escaped your notice is peculiar. Libya actually turned over Saddam's nuclear program which it had been running clandestinely. You can try and minimize Pakistan's help now and in the past but it is there and the last five years have seen the arrest of thousands of terrorists there.
You have seen no defense of Islam from me and it can never be said that I have failed at pointing out its manifold shortcomings. But that also does not change the fact that only the terrorists take it to heart. The vast majority either are afraid to speak up or are the inheritors born into these societies. If you have any idea that I believe Islam can remain as it is and survive against the rest of the world drop it.
We have tactical requirements in this War and one of them is not to attack ALL Islamics indescriminately without regard to the larger strategic goal.

It's no lie, even Saddam wasn't killing as many Iraqis as we see dying every day now. There is a civil war going on in Iraq, and even though the mightiest army in the world is trying to suppress it, dozens, (and somethimes more), bodies are found all over Iraq every day. It got so bad that we recently shifed an entire Division into Baghdad in an attempt to stop the carnage. Frankly, this doesn't bother me though; I won't loose any sleep over how many Iraqis are killing each other off, whether under Saddam or under their new Coalition-led "islamo-democracy". There is no devout muslim who is the long time friend of a Christian or other "infidel". Given the chance, they will ALL take your neighborhood, your town, and your country, and your head, so let them chop each other pieces.
But back to the real point; we are in Iraq to fight a war, "for the survival of civilization", according to President Bush. If this is the case then let's fight a real war and stop the liberal, PC, namby-pamby pattycake game Bush is foisting on our troops and feeding the American people like pablum.
And as a result of her courage she got her message out to the entire country. I think this is the way people used to be, before PC infiltrated our brains.
As I said in another post, 60 years ago the other teacher, (the one giving islamic lessons to her students), would have been arrested, and the kids would have been expelled. Sedition was against the law in WWII.
Hmm, when a teacher burns a flag in class, there isn't such a quick verdict from the schools. They have to investigate and discuss the merits of free speech, etc...
That's a political system.
Perhaps she should've been more tolerant and open-minded and modeled her "delivery technique" after the traditional muslim vest complete with...well, you know.

WHY are they teaching Religion, especially this religion in school??? This would never be allowed for christianity.
