Bush: Women pulled out of refugee centers and raped. Level of frustration they aren't doing enough. The UN could do a better job managing the taxpayers money. Better accountability. I hope they still stand for liberty and support call to end tyranny in the 21st Century. Looking forward - good experience for a west Texas fellow to go. My message is hope. My belief is the civilized world must stand with modern, reformist people.

Bush: I think the court ruling was flawed, that is why it's on appeal. We're working with Congress...The Hamdi decision - other presidents have...I couldn't get it.

?: Polls show more people focused on economy than international issue. Can you contrast what will happen if Republicans vs. Democrats control Congress - what will happen to the economy.

Bush: I don't think Democrats will take over. Ecnonmy strong.
