Lindsay Graham is playing with political fire on this. I am convinced he's just stupid, or wants to be defeated in the 2008 GOP primary in South Carolina.
McCain can't save him in SC. Bush, however, could.
Hugh Hewitt interviewed Graham. The transcript should be available and will be very enlightening. Hewitt teaches Constitutional Law, and challenged JAG Graham on Constitution.
I hope Graham gets hung up to dry.
He, Warner, McCain and Collins should all rot in hell.
