i am truly sick and tired of muslims, espcially the radicals. Bunch of damn heathen throat slitters. It irritates me, most dispicable kind of crime and murder to behead someone while they are restrained. What kind of sick person does this? I just can't believe it. Something has to be done to these sick and twisted people.

Drawing the jihaddists into Iraq from everywhere (even Toledo) and turning them against themselves till everyone who wants to fight is dead or exhausted...
Masterfull.

Iraqi society is mostly conducted via "sectarian violence". It has always operated that way. Saddam's regime was merely one that was trying to operate on a larger scale than the usual tribal scale. The entire Middle East is a violent primitive culture. Why should this surprise anyone?
FWIW, the last "clean sweep" of the area was done by the Mongols.

How has Reuters shown unnecessary pride in the piece?

This is, in part, gang warfare and people settling old grievances. It all looks like alqaeda stuff to the west but there is more to it.

Masterfull. It is that clever and evil string-puller, Karl Rove. There is no known defense against him. They tried to get him on a non-crime (Plame case) but missed.
