NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said Wednesday that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's speech at the U.N. calling President George W. Bush "the devil" doesn't deserve a response. "We're not going to address that kind of comic strip approach to international affairs," Bolton said during a televised press conference. Chavez, in a speech to the U.N. General Assembly, said, "The devil came here yesterday," referring to Bush's address Tuesday. "He came here talking as if he were the owner of the world." The leftist leader, who has joined Iran in opposing U.S. influence, accused Washington of "domination, exploitation and pillage of peoples of the world." Cable News Network reported a White House deputy spokesman saying the remarks by Chavez are "not worthy of comment."

If Bush announced a pull out of the UN , defunding, and a call that the UN be relocated to a turd world cesspool within 2 years he would be at 67% approval and go down in history as more than just a placeholder presidency.

Hugo, if GWB was one tenth as bad as you say, you might be a great candidate for a permanent sulfur filled existence.

President Bush and his administration are very consistent.
They have treated Chavez as irrelevant and ignore him.
I think that pisses off Chavez more than anything. He sees himself as a world power. Mean old Bush didn't even mention Chavez or his country during his speech yesterday.
Chavez who?
