I don't really see the point. Chavez rants and raves, but he's insignificant. He can cut off oil to us, but he hasn't yet, and it's their oil to freely sell anyway. I look at the idiot as Venezuela's problem, not ours. To attack Venezuela would demonstrate Chavez's illegitimate point that we impose ourselves everywhere in the world whenever we want.

Ahmadinejad is another matter. We'll need the Marines for him. This nut romanticizes the destruction of the world, and we must stop him with whatever means we have available.

Wars have been started with much less invective than that, a small police action to remove Chavez would remind the rest of the world's leaders to be a little more civil to the most powerful nation on the earth.

And I no longer care what the rest of the world thinks about America, the rest of the world has gone mad, need we voluntarily check ourselves into the same asylum?

But you are right, Iran is the greater danger. But taking out Chavez would be so much fun!
