Exactly right and this also makes Armitage look as if he was closely tied to Bush and was speaking on his behalf. Why do this? Because the recent outing of Armitage as the leaker of Plame has totally gotten the Admin. off the hook on this and made the left look more sleazy then usual. They can't have that so they are now showing that Armitage was really working on behalf of GWB when he outed Plame.
