If Chris were treating Bubba like the liberal WH reporters treat Pres. Bush, he would have asked the follow-up question in French just to harrass and also appear like a smart ass. (Then perhaps Bubba could have pointed his finger "in French" too since that was the only sincere part of his first answer).
