HAHHAHAHa...exactly, there was a "probe" into how the funds were spent.
basically:
Champagne.
Cocktails
Lap Dances
Food
etc....plus the "detectives" where taking their friends along...etc. Plus, I am sure they were getting other "off the menu" services, which are available to this day at the local Houston Clubs for the right price.
I guess their wives did not mind. I can see it now, Honey I took one for the team. LOL
