Bush (the only GOOD former President), second from right, leads Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev, fourth from right, as they walk on a break wall before going boating in Kennebunkport, Maine. Nazarbayev spent Tuesday night in Kennebunkport and is scheduled to go to Washington later on Wednesday to meet with President Bush
