My guess is that Foley will have his attorney say that this issue is about one man, him, and not the party. That is probably what is going to happen. But,wouldn't it be nice that the lawyer adds," Nancy & Harry knew quite awhile ago, and should resign also"!

I am still wondering how Foley's IM's were collected... Ditto.. Foley should be put in a deep hole, but I believe we may have a Watergate type situation with some dems, in which case, they should be in the same hole if they 'set' this situation up... Most IM programs (especially if he were using AOL as assumed by his e-mail address) don't automatically keep conversations.
