Mine pretty much told me she was done with me at 10 months.......
I came to loathe the LaLeche League .... they tried a guilt trip on you if you didn't or couldn't breastfeed. I agree it's probably best if you CAN do it, but laying a guilt trip on a new mother who can't, for whatever reason, wasn't unlike the feminists who attack stay-at-home mothers.
I've got to let my wife know about this right away!
Oh no- just until 23 months. ; ) She's almost 3, now, and I nursed her until I was 4 months pregnant with #4. I don't know how long I will make it this time (did it 12 months each with 1 and 2). I am kind-of ready to have my body back to myself!
Whew! I thought this was a story about the latest CIA data-gathering techniques.
