We should have a better picture of that tomorrow. It will depend on how the US and South Korean governments react. My guess is that it will be strong considering the extremely strong wording that recently came out of the US government the past week. We rarely here the US government talk real tough and they have the past few days warning the North Koreans.

Americans wouldn't be under any more risk than anyone else in South Korea.

While this is very serious news, NK is not going to just nuke South Korea out of the blue. They will threaten it, however, if the US or anyone else tries to disarm NK.
