I realize that the debt is being paid for by those that don't use it. I said that in my first reply to you.

OTOH, only those that ride on the TTC will pay for it.

You have also tried to compare a TTC built and operated by Cintra to a toll road in Mass. You should be comparing TTC/Cintra to a Cintra toll road in Europe.

I've never been to Texas. Someday I may be so fortunate.

I came in here to this thread because I saw words that reminded me of the sort of things that are quite familiar to me.

You know, the tolls and the deceptions of politicians regarding such.

Up here in Massachusetts, the nonsense finally came to bite them all in the ass. Still, the games go on, and the big contractors are licking their chops. Meanwhile, the thinking taxpayers are wondering about just how to escape this cesspool.

The radio talk programs were all over the fact that the poor victim of that recent collapse was a possible illegal alien. Few discussed the possibility that it might have easily been a school bus that was victim to the corruption that goes hand in hand with shoddy workmanship.

Those bastards involved in the outrageous boondoggle in Massachusetts dodged a serious bullet when the victim turned out to be just some immigrant.

Meanwhile, everyone makes money for basically doing nothing.
