"If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree, we will also make a concession to some degree, whether it be bilateral talks or six-party talks," Kim was quoted as telling a Chinese envoy, the mass- circulation Chosun Ilbo reported, citing a diplomatic source in China.

Kim told the Chinese delegation that "he is sorry about the nuclear test," the newspaper reported.

All joking aside, this is big if it is true and results in the resumption of the multilateral talks.

I'm sorry, but this DOES NOT make the US look good. China is NOT our friend. They don't give a damn about helping us. This display of power by China has made us look ridiculous and weak.

"If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree, we will also make a concession to some degree, . . .

Is this nutcase kidding? They already demonstrated just how untrustworthy there are when they violated every agreement made during the Clintonista's reign of terror. Now, they want us to believe they are going to make "a concession to some degree"? Drop a MOAB on that idiots bedroom while he's sleeping and be done with him.

I read this as a clear sign they are currently shipping nukes to Iran or trying to smuggle one into a western port.

"If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree

That's what Clinton and Carter did, and look at the mess they created.

No concessions. Dump the nukes.

I'm guessing that there have been some backroom deals in the past couple of weeks. What I suspect is that we promised the Chinese that we would lean on Japan and get them reaffirm that they would not develop a nuclear arsenal and that the Chinese in return promised to lean hard on the nutcase with the bouffant hair.
