I believe if you don't have a picture ID or license, you can show proof with a utility bill or mortage statement, which still doesn't really prove you're a legal citizen, imo.

Any
one of the following with a photo:
Your driver's license.
A military ID.
A state, county, or municipal employee ID.
A passport.
That is, a government issued photo identification card...the same thing you would use to get on an airplane or buy a drink at the local tavern.

Good question--All ID needed is a small piece of cardboard measured about 3 inches by 2 inches.
