Thanks Mark...the satire angle puts the article in a different perspective. I have a problem with lefty professors pushing their agendas in the classroom, and thought this criminolgy professor was doing likewise....bad assumption on my part.

This is not one of his better columns. His satire is usually more on point. In this instance, he did seem to engage in a bit of a stretch with his insults towards the Eric character.

You really should read some of his columns. The guy's got a terrific sense of humor, and one heck of a gun collection!
