Sacrificing humans, born or un-born, is never acceptable in a civilized world. Our retired minister has PD and he is now house bound. It is a terrible disease and what everyone needs to accept is the deck of cards you are dealt.

blastocyst = embryo = human

A rose is a rose is a rose. Killing innocent life is wrong. Final benefit is not a mitigating defense for murder.

Isn't it interesting that we don't divide up what constitutes life in the animal kingdom. If I break a Bald Eagle's egg, it is considered the same crime as killing the Eagle. Curiously, what is the difference between a fertilized egg and a day old baby in your view? Neither one is salient or viable if left alone.

I still can't figure out who Steve Reeves is.

Poop! I keep getting Steve and Christopher Reeves confused. Must be coming down with alzeimer's. Should I eat babies for the cure?

I agree. Fox has placed himself in this debate, but I don't think Republicans should take the bait. It's a lose-lose situation for anyone who comments on it, including Fox himself as this article says. The man, a great actor in his day, is suffering a lot. I just don't want to add to it. I think Rush was correct to make his observations, but I think it's time to drop the subject.

This is besides the fact that embryonic stem cell treatment DOESN'T WORK.
The results have come from adult stem cell research.

Why are these people so hell-bent on destroying embryos when it hasn't produced results?

This is the best possible argument. I've asked liberals this before, "If killing and eating an infant would cure any disease and add 50 years to your life, would it be OK to do it?"

I'll tell you the very, very scary truth though, not one has ever said, "No." In fact, after just a bit of hesitation, they all start justifying actually doing it.

Brilliant! I wish I had thought of this. But from now on, I'll be using it.

Rush has apologized to Fox. OK, so apologize, but stand firm on the fact that Fox is WRONG!

Not sure if this angel on Michael J. Fox has been explored. Michael J. Fox is a Canadian. So the question comes to me why does he not go to the Canadian Parliament and have them commit to doing the stem cell research he wants. He should be demanding that Canada kill their children and have the Canadian taxpayers and citizen pay for the research and development I mean after all does Canada not have a superior medical system than the states?

No need for such a provocative title ...

I disagree. The Donks are playing hardball. It's about time we started pitching some high heat back at them.

Michael J. Fox has inserted himself into multiple campaigns around the country. Either he is lucid and responsible, and his point of view merits consideration, or he is not, and is a dupe. Either way, he needs to be refuted, and there is no need to spare his feelings.

"No need for such a provocative title to expose how Michael J. Fox and democrats are lying and playing on the emotions of people."

Yes, there is. We're talking about HUMAN BEINGS here.

Besides, it appears his medication is magically working better today, so he can take the heat.

There is only one reason to use embryonic stem cells and that's to keep abortion legal.

How about a title like this” Michael J Fox does not care about the lives of Embryos”.
