Someone just sent me this:

If I were Bush's speech writer, I would have him go on national TV with this:

"My former Presidential opponent, John Kerry, has denounced our military as consisting of ignorant people who aren't smart enough to do anything but hold a gun and follow orders. That may very well have been the case for him, and would go a long way towards explaining why he joined the military 40 years ago, only to later admit - in front of congress - to committing atrocious war crimes.

"However, to characterize our brave men and women as intellectual nobodies is to have no faith in the people who inhabit this country, since that's who our military is. Our military is a reflection of the strength, determination and will of the people the United States of America.

Disagree with my policies all you want, but a duly elected leader of this great country should be ashamed to have made the remarks he did, and I demand an apology on behalf of the troops I was sworn into office to lead.

"And one last thing - F*** you, you lilly-livered French piece of snail s***."

Cleaned up the swear words...but loved the sentiment!

Bush has to do 3 things:

1. Go back to the original Kerry statement - media is trying to hide the facts - and this lame late afternoon excuse about missing words was nowhere in the Senator's "press conference" today

2. Tie Kerry's hatred of our military to the entire Democratic Party -- Patriot Act, wiretapping etc.

3. Demand an apology or advise Senator Kerry that every Post Office in Massachusetts will be shut down beginning tomorrow.
