I wonder what really happened just now on Fox. I think they are running a slight tape delay on the California feed. When the woman anchor leaped into her chair, there was excited hollering going on around her. Maybe someone streaked the outdoor set????

I saw that too. Patti Ann really wasn't ready for it to be thrown back to her.
I'd guess they had to change the transponder on the uplink or go to another bird for the CA feed. Some one in master control screwed up and didn't go to break to change the satellite feed in time.
I noticed a lone guy standing behind and to our left of Shep a few minutes before Duncan Hunter came on.
I thought it unusual that someone unconnected to the program would be in camera view. Maybe he had something to do with the abrupt departure.
