The EXIF data in the photo shows it was taken 11/1/06 by a Canon PowerShot. Usually Photoshopped pics are missing the EXIF info, so I suspect this is for real.

Only Rats are dumb enough to photoshop AND do it so badly that they get caught by the casual observer.

Our troops executed this mission effortlessly and with great pride. Can't you just see the smirks on their faces. ;)
