There is no law against voting in another precinct since polling places often change. If she was not on the voter registration book for that precinct but could prove she was who she said she was - photo ID, etc. - she could have filled out a provisional ballot. This happens quite often.
Isn't it funny that allowing illegals to vote doesn't bother liberals but allowing a conservative American a vote poses great problems for them?

>>Commie witch hunt against Ann. These people are so dangerous.<<
Not a 'witch hunt', not yet, but this frivolous investigation is obviously for partisan reasons and those who brought it to the investigator's attention are certainly out to burn Ann !

It doesn't matter at all to those DAs. Like Rush Limbaugh they will pursue Ann for Political reasons with no regard to justice by using any shyster angle they can.

Good question, for clarification on these polling matters is their responsibility, I believe . .

>>I actually believe that this will backfire badly on the prosecutor simply because this is Ann Coulter.
She has more 'nads than most Congressional Republicans and will take it to the prosecutor and the Dims in general.
She can definitely handle herself and I believe her eventual response will be worth the wait.
<<
I sincerely hope so ........
But Democrats got away with these investigations and prosecutions during the 1980's against the Reagan Administration .
This trend was started by Bobby Kennedy in the 1960's - -
using the power of the Attorney General's office to attack those he did not like . .

They keep trying. When you can't argue and win by means of logic; trump up a charge and prosecute.
Ann will eat this little turd for breakfast and spit him out.

Since they are obviously sooo concerned about election fraud and discrepancies, I guess next we will see the Dems purging voter lists of deceased individuals. I'm waiting...waiting...waiting.

Did you make up that title?
This same story was reported yesterday.
...."so the case will probably be turned over to prosecutors," said the county election chief.
That's a lot different than what the title says.

Oh the horror....she voted in the wrong precint!!!!!!!!
For us normal folks, we would not get in trouble at all for that.
But, because it is Ann Coulter.......they are going to try to put her away for as long as they can.
Bastards.

Since it's highly probable that Palm Beach county doesn't require photo ID to vote, how do they know with certainty that Ann actually did it?
Just askin'...

If I remember correctly, they complained that Cheney did NOT vote in his school board elections.

Actually a preview of things to come. If the Democrats take the White House they will make a big push to silence the right. Given a prosecutor with an agenda anyone can be indited. This election campaign also shows that you can find some one willing to come forth and falsely accuse virtually any target.
The Washington Post actually had someone of accusing George Allen of stealing his little brothers bike back when he was in high school or junior high.
