That was my first thought too. If this is true, there definitly was intent. Also, with the 'panic' throughout the clinic, one might be able to assume conspiracy to cover up the the murder.

This past week, I had the opportunity to visit an anatomy lab at a medical school. They had specimens in jars from way back in 1930's. Lots of "fetus'" from, I don't know, maybe 2 months on up. I will tell anyone, those little forms in those jars were babies...little humans.
