My wife is a retired nurse. She said that live births in abortion clinics happen more often than people want to admit. I just wonder why it is not first degree murder in this particular case. Maybe these "doctors" should be thrown into a bag of caustic in the hot Florida sun and see how they like it.
I'm wondering the same thing. The only twisted logic I can come up with is that though it was premeditated, it was not first degree murder because it was not a person. It just accidently turned into a person at the last minute.

Live Birth Abortions were practiced at (get this) Christ Church Hospital in Oak Lawn IL. It was allowed under a state law proposed by then State Senator Barak Obama.
