As a business owner, I would suggest that you ask your employer for time off to VOTE. I would pay an employee who had this problem to go and get is sorted out, no matter who they were voting for.

You are disenfranchising yourself.

Even in NY, your vote does count.

I'll probably try to leave work early to get back to the poll before 9pm. I am an attorney, my office is in battery park, and I live near 102nd street. Don't have time to go up and down today before I leave - bunch of meetings.
