This is nuts...shades of "W" in 2000 in Florida. Every time there was an update, the number went down. Ugh

It's over, Allen has lost... Webb has 8000 more votes coming in from Richmond City (only 67% reported so far, 24k-9k Webb) and a couple thousand more from Petersburg. This will bring him a couple thousand over the top. Sorry guys, we are well and truly screwed.
