G F Allen Republican 1,164,767 49.25%

View Results by District Locality Total: 2,365,081
Four precincts left--Fairfax City, Isle of Wight County, James City County (2), all absentees (I think). Webb by 6900. Unless there's some votes that aren't showing up on the SBE website, I don't think Allen's going to make 6900 votes up off those four precincts.
