Probably not that close - the last 10% of the precincts almost always report heavily Dem (see FL 2000 or WA 2004). In the end, Webb wins by ~25000 votes, 50-49.

What state may GOP hold? I think Montana is the best remaining hope, otherwise the Senate is gone.
