Please, go ahead and steer the party to the Left. Try it out. It will make the GOP irrelevant and ruin years of work by us conservatives. Who will you blame then when the losses keep on coming?
Here's your main problem: WE are the Republican Party; we're made up of lots of people: (realistic) conservatives and moderates and some even liberal Republicans.
We can put together a large enough group to win because of our varied views.
You cannot because, above all else, you will NEVER compromise.
Who needs who?
And frankly, I think real Republicans are sick and tired of being blackmailed by the likes of you all.
