Not in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, NC, Florida and Georgia. In those districts, you had a combination of corruption issues and blue dog Democrats running in majority Republican Districts.

Four of the 22 seats lost by 5000 or less were actually 1000 votes or less. A very concentrated effort in fourteen of those Districts will return House control to the GOP in 2008.
