Good Morning Proud_USA_Republican,
I believe that course of study promulgated as "Hating Honkies Made Easier For Dummies."
Moose served as an inspiration to all law enforcement officers in how to F-up by the numbers in a criminal investigation.(LMAO)Laughed my ass off.
He did nothing, and the Feds let him receive all the press as the hero of the day. In reality any non-lobotimized homo-sapian knew "moose-unloosed" was a big fat "Zero."
He will fit in with the boy's in the HPD's Hood.

1.*Protecting* the PC Fantasy Left Wing Island inhabitants in the Sun from all of the following; racist crazed Southern bred right wing militia Honkies; Rabbits, Chucks, Caspers, Ghosts and Sunburn Challenged Crackers.

2. *Serving* only those who embrace the radical left wing communistic manifesto of wanting America to fall.
Perhaps a movie based on T.J.Hooker be remade and feature "Moose" in the role of (Sue. You. Quicker)also a Sci Fi thriller titled "The White Van Who Ate My Brain."

I hope you liked my opinion and satire of the Peter Principle on the "Low Low." at its best.
Cordially,
NSNR-CSAOTL

FWIW, the racism I've seen in the US since the 70s has tended to be limited to about county sized areas and rather limited (unless one looks like Osama bin Laden). I've witnessed racism in the vicinity of Chatanooga (Georgia/Tenn/Ala) small area and founding location of the KKK; around Alice, Texas (home of the Rockerfeller Ranch and former Speaker of the House Jim Wright); Downtown Richmond CA (vic of home of the Black Panthers); and in Honolulu, Hawaii. Granted, I haven't ever seen racism in the US as prolific as one finds overseas.

In the 90s, one could run the Honolulu Marathon and approach areas where water and juice was being handed out gratis to all runners, but if you were a white runner, the volunteers would pull the tray of water cups back away from you but turn around and hand them out to Asian runners. Not an example of extreme racism, but a revealing indication of how it effects the thinking of the common man.

Hawaii only became a state in 1959 and half of the population would just as soon become a Japanese or Chinese state provided they still had a government job or conitinued in their present lifestyle.

Interesting, thanks.
Savannah Ga. is and has been quite a racist place from my visits too.

Now the interesting thing is that the racism only continues for about the distance of a county, say 30 mile to 50 mile radius, and more frequently about a 5-10 mile radius. The remainder of the area may have local color which gets associated with the other racist areas by outsiders, but the people adjacent to the areas tend to be humble hearted folk, regardless the culture.

He is a lifelong beneficiary of Affirmative Action. Porland made him a chief and lived to rue the day.
