Prandtl-Glauert Condensation Clouds

I read some of the above link and the name is too long. I think they look like a tutu. The little skirts ballet dancers wear. From the nose are pictures I seen on WWII bombers it common to refer to a plane in a feminine manner. If not,
What would a pilot call them?
