Nope, and I assure you that Eagle Eye doesn't
Eagle Eye says "Whee the people = moron"
Eagle Eye says "BTW, any country that has to require, force, mandate, or coerce a pledge of allegiance is a country not worth defending"
I would not think that Eagle Eye is a Libertarian nor would I think that he/she is even capable of thinking since it requires an intellect above the level that they seem to posses
And I personally think that Neil Boortz is the King of Talk Radio (professed Libertarian), although the Godfather is still Rush Limbaugh.
As far as Self Defense goes, see my home page, scroll down to "On Sheep, Wolves, and Sheepdogs - Dave Grossman"
I am a Vet of 28 years and have recently been allowed to become political, Self Defense means many things and I guess from which position or situation you are in when confronted will be the deciding factor of your initial response, are you alone or does someone have your back, are you simply trying to survive and willing to accept whatever the consequences are or is it a Fight to the Death to maintain Freedom and Liberty for yourself and those that you Love.
When it is over if you are dead, alive, arrested or are Awarded Medals may be an good indication of which side Won and better yet ... if you decided correctly. Dead, Alive, Arrested or Awarded if your family is proud, if those that you Love are proud, if those that you hold dear are proud. If you did not run and hide when they came for you and those that you hold dear, Love or your Family... were in danger then you did the right thing.
Cut and Run = the Wrong Thing
Surrender = the Wrong Thing
Leaving before the job is done = the Wrong Thing
We are only Human, sometimes we have to look out for each other.
What are you trying to claim, that we need to talk? That we need Lawyers?
If that is the case, take your Lawyer with you when the Human Bomb explodes and let him defend you after both of you are dead, and if your side wins your Family gets a Free Prayer Rug (and if you happen to live after the IED a Free Scooter, and Handicap License Plate). Yea...thats a Good Plan /sarc

I don't think Tom would condone the actions of the reason web site and their mocking of an eight year old child. Say what?

Guess I'm not familiar with Eagle Eye's positions, though I'll leave that to him/her to flesh them out.
We're pretty much on the same page in the rest of your post. Ultimately, what will keep us free, if we are to in fact, be free, is the willingness of citizens to take up the mantle of Free Men and Free Women and do what is necessary to destroy those who would destroy us and our way of life.

This is just fluff the MSM is puttig out to divide the Conservatives from the republicans.
The MSM is trying to third party the conservatives as a strategy for making it easier for Hitlary to run in 2008.
THE ONLY WAY FOR HITLARY TO WIN IS A THIRD PARTY.
This 2004 quote crap is old news and Seleck like many who have lived in the hollyweird buble have turned to being libertarian to self preserve.
Odd how they don't cit Drew Cary.
Could it be because Tom Seleck is an NRA supporter.
THINK PEOPLE!

MR Selleck - One thing you are not and could never be is Ronald Reagan! Did you know that Ronald Reagan called libertarianism the "heart and soul of conservatism"?

Yes I did know that.
Don't forget: Liberarianism has many faces...and Ronald Reagan did not subscribe to the Libertarian face of pot smoking gay marriage hedonists.

"Perhaps, if they're going to get screwed, they'd rather it be by a corrupt, greedy corportation than a corrupt, greedy government."
It seems we have a basic, fundamental, philosophical difference here. While you and some others seem to prefer being ripped-off by a crooked business rather than by a crooked government, I prefer to be ripped-off by neither. I expect both business and government to behave honestly, ethically and fairly with all customers or citizens. In fact, I demand it. I think you should too.
