I live here and believe it or not, the former chairman of the WA state democrat party, has already cautioned Burner not to force a recount, in fact, he told her that now was the time to concede and to plan for 2010.
Of course, she has of yet to follow his advice.

Big difference between cheating Dino out of a 261 vote victory over the whole state and cheating Reichert out of a 5000 vote victory over an area 1/9th that size.
He's safe, don't sweat it.
Now, given that his opponent was a total joke, he might be in trouble if the D's ever get a real opponent, but he's won this one.
