So, the feds are "proud" of FINALLY getting the criminal database they needed 15 years ago ...

Now, they just need to use it.

He had been removed from the U.S. at least three times after being convicted of child molestation and grand theft auto.

Shoot him. Deporting him three times already hasn't worked.

Deputies alerted federal authorities and got an order to hold Palacios on suspicion of immigration violations. He had been removed from the U.S. at least three times after being convicted of child molestation and grand theft auto.

We'll still get the same results. He'll be deported and waltz right back across our undefended border.

He [Palacios] was not charged with trying to break into the car because it belonged to an acquaintance, authorities said.

A tip for all you car thieves out there: Steal a car that belongs to an acquaintance and no charges will be filed.

"He had been removed from the U.S. at least three times after being convicted of child molestation and grand theft auto."

He SHOULD have been imprisoned, especially after the child molestation conviction. No wonder so many of them want to come across the border. They can do anyting they want without fear of suitable punishment.
