There will be so many eyes on Murtha as House Defense Approp Chair, he won't be able to make a move. Nor will the lobbyists. The Repubs need to demand an investigation of his dealings with his defense lobbyist brother (who has conveniently and richly retired from that business).
There were whispers a couple of months ago that maybe, perhaps, there could be an investigation next year. It seems the DOJ and FBI were to busy investigating Rep. Curt Weldon and Border Patrol agents to bother with this corrupt EX-marine. Who cares now.
